Read these terms with our returns policy, shipping policy, privacy notice and research-use notice. These terms do not authorise an otherwise prohibited purchase or use.

Research purpose and eligibility

You must be 18 or older and purchasing for legitimate non-clinical research. Products are not offered for human or animal administration, consumption, medical treatment, diagnosis or veterinary use. We may request relevant research-purpose information and decline orders inconsistent with this scope. An age confirmation or research declaration does not establish product approval or remove any rights you have under law.

Products and prices

Check the exact compound, labelled quantity, presentation and available batch documents. Images may illustrate packaging; differences must not change the agreed product specification. Certificate results concern identified samples and are subject to the scope stated in each report. A listing or certificate is not medical or regulatory approval.

Prices are in GBP. Alexander Rowan trading as PEPVISIONLABS is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. The final total, including any applicable tax and delivery, must be shown before you place an order. We will contact you about a material price or stock error before accepting the order; you may decline the correction and receive any payment back.

Placing and paying for an order

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt or bank-transfer instruction acknowledges the request; it does not itself accept it. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order before acceptance because of availability, an error, inability to fulfil it or an inconsistent research purpose, and will return any payment for the declined items.

Payment is by bank transfer to the Revolut account supplied in the checkout instructions. Use your order number as the reference. Please pay within 3 calendar days, or contact us; an unpaid order may be cancelled after that period. Goods are dispatched only after funds have been received and checked. Never email us your online-banking password or security codes.

Delivery and cancellation

We dispatch on the next working day after cleared payment and completion of any necessary order checks. We will contact you about delays and agree a revised arrangement or cancellation. Problems, responsibility and rights

Email us with your order number and the issue so we can investigate. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. No research declaration waives mandatory customer rights. You remain responsible for giving accurate order information and complying with applicable requirements for your activities.

Scottish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available where they live. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the version recorded with your order applies to that order.
