UK delivery costs £4.95 per order using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with tracking and delivery photo. We do not offer international delivery. Availability for your address must be shown before payment; a destination is not accepted merely because it is in the UK.
We dispatch on the next working day after cleared payment and completion of any necessary order checks. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If we cannot meet the target, we will contact you to agree a revised date or cancellation and refund.
Pens are described by the supplier as prepared on the day of dispatch with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water. Preparation is separate from dispatch; that wording does not promise same-day postage or delivery. Product-specific storage and transport requirements must be followed.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days after posting, with some postcode exceptions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed 48-hour service. Dispatch time is additional. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery will be within 30 days of the contract.
We provide tracking after dispatch. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If goods are late, missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. A tracking scan or photo does not by itself remove your rights. For consumer orders, risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise.
Keep packaging and photos if possible to help an investigation. You do not have to pursue the carrier yourself instead of contacting us. See our returns policy for cancellation and refund arrangements.
