Concentration
Concentration (mg/mL) = material mass (mg) ÷ final solution volume (mL).
Sample volume
Volume (mL) = desired sample amount (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL). Convert micrograms to milligrams by dividing by 1,000.
An arithmetic example
10 mg in a final volume of 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. A 0.5 mg sample occupies 0.1 mL. That equals 10 graduation marks on a U-100 scale or 4 marks on U-40. The vial contains 20 complete samples before handling losses.
These are arbitrary numbers demonstrating division, not a preparation or dosing recommendation. Graduation marks represent volume, not international units of peptide activity.
Quantity planning
Containers = round up (amount per use × uses per week × weeks ÷ amount per container). For blends, use a confirmed component amount rather than assuming a split.
