Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Applicable statutory exceptions and handling requirements depend on the goods and circumstances; research-use wording alone does not remove statutory rights.
Where a refund is due following a consumer cancellation, it will be processed within the legally required period. Nothing on this website limits your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
